Sourdough brownies are chocolatey and fudgy, with a signature sourdough kick. Tahini ribbons are swirled through the brownie batter, yielding an irresistible dessert. Whip them up in an afternoon or long ferment them overnight!
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Stir together dry ingredients.
3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and baker’s chocolate together.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together. Once combined, stir in the rest of the wet ingredients.
5. Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
6. Pour brownie batter into the prepared 9×13 pan. Bake for 30-40 mins and enjoy!
