1. Preheat cast iron waffle maker. 2. In a large bowl, add 2 cups of fed sourdough starter, eggs, oil, salt, cinnamon, honey and vanilla. Mix well. 3. Add in baking soda and stir.
4. Grease the waffle maker and add a bit of batter to it. 5. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on one side and flip. Cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side. 6. Repeat with the rest of the batter. 7. Serve and enjoy!
