Creamy kiwi lime popsicles are a deliciously tart, naturally sweetened treat. Fresh lime juice is combined with kiwis, yogurt, and honey to make the most delicious popsicles. They’re a wonderful summer treat.
Today, Iโm sharing the last of the three summer popsicles recipes. It all started with these strawberry yogurt popsicles, then came the orange creamsicle, and lastly, these seriously delicious kiwi lime popsicles.
Lime brightens up just about any recipe, and popsicles made with kiwi and lime just scream summer.ย
We spend almost all day, everyday, outside enjoying the sunshine, playing in the dirt, and splashing in the creek. I hope that when my kids are older and moved out, they can reminisce about how much fun we always had as a family, and all the time we got to spend together outside.ย
These days, it seems to be more and more rare that kids get to enjoy the fresh air, free to play and make believe with rocks and sticks. All that dirt and sunshine is good for your soul and your health.
And at the peak of summer, when the weather is hot even as the sun goes down in the sky, there is nothing like a cool popsicle to finish off the day. A popsicle in hand, running around catching lightning bugs, the chorus of crickets and frogs in the air.

Tips For Making Kiwi Lime Popsicles:
- For this recipe, you can use homemade yogurt or store-bought. Store-bought may be a tad thicker than homemade, but it should work fine either way.
- Choose full fat yogurt. Not only is the fat found in dairy good for you, but it also yields a better texture.
- Donโt have honey? You can also substitute the honey for maple syrup. It will have a slightly different flavor, but still delicious.
- Add some extra lime zing by adding the zest of one lime. I like to use a micro-plane for zesting.
