This has just reminded me of the best tip that has really helped me, and that’s to take all your freezer items out of the freezer for the whole week and use them in the order that they thaw. I have been doing this every Sunday evening since I heard you talk about it and it’s a total game changer! I am one of those people that can open up the fridge and put a meal together. I am encouraged to know that others don’t meal plan and find economic/time management success. I eat a simple, healthier diet, have a fridge that does get emptied into a pot instead of the garbage. My coworkers always comment that my food smells good.

Lunches are pretty much the exact same. Breakfasts are just eggs, kefir smoothies and sometimes sourdough pancakes. We are pretty boring! ๐
