Simple DIY Christmas Ornaments that look nice with a neutral decor theme.

DIY Christmas Ornaments- Eight Neutral Christmas Ornaments to Make

This has been the year of DIY Christmas ornaments for me. I love a neutral and minimal style, with a lot of natural elements. I find that the ornaments at the store just don’t have the feel I am going for.

Plus, they are expensive.

Handmade items just have so much more meaning.

These eight DIY ornaments all have a beautiful neutral color palette and are super simple to make. I love the idea of adding handmade Christmas ornaments as a tradition with the kids.

Clay, linen, cinnamon, pine cones and sticks are the elements that give all these DIY ornaments an organic, natural feel.

Thank you for sharing this! They are all Wonder ideas!
For the modeling clay ones do you just follow directions on package when you get the clay (also do you have link for clay – my phone doesn’t show a link). Is there a glaze or anything that you put on them?

    Thank you!

I like the crossed or star shaped popsicle sticks or small twigs wrapped with yarn. Never thought to do neutral colors before.

Thank you for putting these all in one spot. My children are all grown, but my grandson is 18 months old and I can’t wait to do this with him and all my future grandchildren.
