Christmas is almost here and I feel like I can (almost) finally relax!
Just a few more presents to finish up and wrap and maybe a last minute trip to Target for more stocking stuffers.
I put together a simple Christmas windowsill that I wanted to share with you guys.
I found this set of brass candlesticks at a local thrift store for $3. I can already tell they are going to be moved all over this house, because they are just so darn pretty everywhere.
I found the chippy ironstone pitcher a few years ago at an antique shop for a couple of bucks. I collect any and all things antique ironstone. I just love them everywhere in my house, especially when they have chips and imperfections.
My friend Elisabeth at White Cottage Art sent me this lovely artwork a few days ago. It is hand painted and just perfect for winter. I knew right away I would put it on my windowsill, at least for now. I just love it!
My handmade pine wreaths are definietly starting to dry out, but I still think they are looking beautiful around our home. I may need to go out to woods and get some more clippings, so I have fresh greenery all through the winter.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
